Mo had finagled pre-game warmup sideline passes for the Revs game against FC Dallas... So we got to Foxborough early with a plan to check out The Hall at Patriots Place, which Mo has never visited. We had tried a few weeks ago, but ran out of time and wouldn't have been able to see everything, so we passed. This time we built in plenty of time and were all excited to head up the elevator and relive some Patriots history. Except when we rolled up, there was a big sign on the elevator: "CLOSED FOR PRIVATE EVENT." Mo decided right then and there, that was it -- he was never going to get there, and now it was HIS decision. Boycott. On principle. So here's the extent of our Hall experience: seeing the sign from the roof deck of CBS Scene.

And here we are on the sidelines, this close to Matt Reis during pre-game drills...

Mo, Simpter and Matt, who was very busy sending Tweets out under his alter-ego...

Me and my Canon Eos made it on to the jumbotron.

In the immortal words of Brandon Meriweather, here are the dudes that be shooting out the guns.

Mo also scored us front row seats for the match. The view was absolutely incredible. The game was the night before September 11, so everyone got an American flag at the turnstiles. Pretty neat.

Aside from the flags, there was a poignant moment of remembrance for the attacks of 10 years ago. The Fort displayed a giant flag, and held signs saying simply, "We Will Never Forget." It was followed by a teary, powerful and moving National Anthem.

And the Revs finally won. An amazing night.
